Personal Training
Personal training is a one-on-one fitness session with a trainer. It is a great option for you if you are new to exercise or have a number of injuries to work around, or maybe you just feel more comfortable exercising solo with a trainer rather than in a group. Working with a trainer is an excellent starting point to learn how to perform exercises safely and correctly (engaging the target muscle group for the intending exercise), and once you do, you may feel more comfortable to jump into a group training session.
