About Bootcamp Fitness

We are a small privately owned fitness business based in Albany Creek, specializing in outdoor group bootcamps. All bootcamps are run by a qualified and experienced personal trainer who will guide you through each workout to ensure you are performing exercises safely and effectively. Bootcamps are suitable for all fitness levels, as our trainer can easily adjust and swap exercises to an alternative that will be suitable for each participant - this is why our bootcamps are capped at 12 participants. Services we provide

We have a number of solutions to help you achieve your fitness goals. Throughout the week we offer a variety of outdoor bootcamp workouts, as well as PlyoJam (dance fitness class), to provide you with the best possible workout experience. We have a friendly and supportive culture at Bootcamp Fitness - it's great to be surrounded by like-minded people all cheering each other on to become fitter and stronger.

Bootcamps (group training)

Our outdoor bootcamps are capped to 12 participants. Each day is a different bootcamp (as variety is the spice of life) and offers a unique workout experience that caters to all fitness levels and abilities. We are committed to helping each participant reach their personal best. Bootcamps run for 45 minutes. See timetable below.

PlyoJam Classes (dance fitness)

PlyoJam is a dance fitness class that incorporates heart-pumping plyometrics with the fun of letting loose and dancing like no-one is watching! It is a follow-along style of class (instructor at the front and participants copy the moves and follow along), you can take it at your own pace and make any necessary adjustments. Just have fun! These classes are run from Knight Fitness in Brendale, times as follows;

Activeness offers a wide variety of small classes that feel more personal. Amy provides an excellent and varied range of classes, and is adaptable for those needing modification to exercises. Good attention to correct technique given to both ensure maximum benefit from the routines and reduce likelihood of injury. She has a great range of equipment and the classes are imaginative and cater for all level of strength and fitness goals. For something different, try her plyojam classes, you'll love it! The class groups are friendly, welcoming, supportive and non-competitive.

Getting to know your coach

Amy is an experienced and certified personal trainer and gym instructor - running her Bootcamp Fitness business in the mornings and working at Knight Fitness in Brendale in the afternoons. She is passionate about helping her clients achieve their health and fitness goals and provides them with the knowledge and motivation they need to succeed.

Amy has completed several certifications including Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness, Bachelor of Business, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, PlyoJam Instructor, Thump Boxing Instructor Level 1 & Advanced, Remedial Massage Therapist Diploma, Beauty Therapist Diploma, as well as a number of Clean Health courses. She has a wealth of experience in personal training, strength training, and nutrition, and is dedicated to helping her clients reach their fitness goals.

Amy loves the empowered feeling she gets from lifting weights and is particularly passionate about helping other women feel strong and empowered through weight-training.
